Francesco Manghi - Owner and Technical-Commercial Manager.
Presentation
Francesco joined SIDITEC in 2018 as Technical and Sales Manager, and by 2019 he became the company’s owner. After starting his career as a field technician in the bottling and packaging industry, he decided to broaden his horizons toward the commercial side, building on more than ten years of experience in similar companies. SIDITEC represents the ideal environment for him to combine technical and interpersonal skills while actively contributing to business development.
Role and Skills
Today, Francesco is responsible for business development and customer relationship management, while supporting the team in key technical decisions. He believes the secret to doing this job well is knowing how to combine a “technical mindset” with relational sensitivity. Over the years, he has developed deep expertise both in the field of plastics and in CNC mechanical machining.
The Human Side
What he loves most about his work is its variety: “there’s never a day like another,” he says. Every project brings a new challenge and this constant dynamism truly reflects who he is. Outside the office, Francesco finds balance in the mountains trekking is his favorite way to unwind and he nurtures a great passion for motors, in all their forms. He describes himself as proactive, reliable, and dynamic.
Values and Team
He defines SIDITEC’s work environment as young, dynamic, and flexible — qualities that make the team cohesive and responsive. In his view, the group’s strength lies in its ability to adapt and collaborate without ever losing its sense of teamwork.
The value that best reflects his mindset is balance: the balance between internal needs and customer requirements “a delicate yet fundamental point to make things truly work.”
Personal Message
“If you’re looking for a technical partner who’s both reliable and human, you’ll find both here. Because in the end, real strength lies in relationships.”

The members of our team are continuously trained in new technologies, materials, and safety standards.
